The SoundPoint IP 330 is the HD-voice two-line desk phone Polycom shipped in the late 2000s — same SoundPoint chassis as the 301, but with G.722 wideband audio and standards-compliant PoE. EOL'd in 2014; still supported on voip.army's legacy provisioning network.
The SoundPoint IP 330 was the first HD-voice phone in the entry tier of the SoundPoint family. Same full-sized chassis as the 301, but with the G.722 codec and IEEE 802.3af Class 2 PoE — both meaningful upgrades for late-2000s deployments.
Released 2007, EOL'd 2014. We still onboard hundreds of these each year for customers who deployed them in fleet quantities and want SKU continuity. On voip.army it runs UCS firmware 4.0.15 on our legacy provisioning VLAN.
For new orders the closest current equivalent is the VVX 150 or VVX 250 — both two-line, both HD voice, both running current UCS firmware on our main provisioning track.

The SoundPoint IP 330 runs Polycom UCS firmware 4.0.15 — the last release that supports this hardware. It onboards onto voip.army the same way as any current phone, just on our legacy provisioning VLAN because the phone's TLS stack predates modern web standards. Call quality is normal SRTP.
Boot, fetch config from our provisioning server, register, ready. About one minute on a normal internet connection.
Run up to 2 simultaneous SIP registrations. Each line key has a dual-color LED for status.
Bringing your own? Send us the MAC, factory-reset, plug in. No charge to add it to the fleet.
Last firmware Polycom shipped for this phone (2018). Still works perfectly on voip.army; provisions over our isolated legacy VLAN because the phone can't speak TLS 1.2.
PC pass-through port on the back lets you daisy-chain a single ethernet drop to phone and computer.
Class 2. Any 802.3af-compliant switch from the last 15 years will power it without issue.
Send us a CSV of MAC addresses. We add them to the provisioning server, you factory-reset and plug in, they pick up their voip.army config within a minute.
