The SoundPoint IP 320 is the small-footprint two-line variant Polycom shipped in the late 2000s — same display class as the 301, slightly smaller chassis. EOL'd in 2014, still supported on voip.army for customers running existing fleets.
The SoundPoint IP 320 was the compact two-line phone in the SoundPoint family — same monochrome display as the 301, slightly smaller chassis, marketed as a desk-friendly option for cubicles and hot-desk setups. Released 2007, EOL'd 2014.
Where the 301 came in a full-sized SoundPoint footprint, the 320 was designed to fit on cramped desks. Functionally the two are near-identical: two SIP lines, full-duplex speakerphone, RJ9 headset jack. Same firmware, same provisioning flow, same audio path.
For existing fleets, the 320 onboards onto voip.army's legacy provisioning VLAN running UCS 4.0.15. If you have spares and a deployment that's working, there's no reason to retire them. For new orders, the modern equivalent is the VVX 150 or VVX 250 — both add the modern codec list (Opus) and run the current UCS firmware track.

The SoundPoint IP 320 runs Polycom UCS firmware 4.0.15 — the last release that supports this hardware. It onboards onto voip.army the same way as any current phone, just on our legacy provisioning VLAN because the phone's TLS stack predates modern web standards. Call quality is normal SRTP.
Boot, fetch config from our provisioning server, register, ready. About one minute on a normal internet connection.
Run up to 2 simultaneous SIP registrations. Each line key has a dual-color LED for status.
Bringing your own? Send us the MAC, factory-reset, plug in. No charge to add it to the fleet.
Last firmware Polycom shipped for this phone (2018). Still works perfectly on voip.army; provisions over our isolated legacy VLAN because the phone can't speak TLS 1.2.
PC pass-through port on the back lets you daisy-chain a single ethernet drop to phone and computer.
Class 2. Any 802.3af-compliant switch from the last 15 years will power it without issue.
Send us a CSV of MAC addresses. We add them to the provisioning server, you factory-reset and plug in, they pick up their voip.army config within a minute.
