Multi-cell DECT base station plus one W73H handset, expandable to 30 handsets total across multiple base stations, seamless roaming between cells, PoE-capable bases. The W76P is the Yealink cordless solution for deployments that exceed single-cell range — multi-floor offices, warehouses, large retail stores.
The W76P is Yealink's multi-cell DECT bundle — the cordless system for buildings too large for a single base station. The W80B base supports up to 30 registered handsets and (when paired with additional W80B or W80DM bases) seamless roaming as staff walk from one coverage zone to another. For warehouses, multi-floor offices, restaurants with kitchens and dining rooms, and any deployment that exceeds 50m indoor coverage, this is the right starting point.
Where the multi-cell architecture pays off: a staff member's call does not drop when they walk from the front of the warehouse to the back, or from the third floor to the second. The system hands off the active DECT call between cells automatically, like cellular phone roaming. For staff who actually move during calls (dispatch, warehouse, healthcare), this changes the daily experience meaningfully.
Where to step up: the W90P uses the enterprise-class W90B base supporting 60+ handsets and even longer cell coverage. For deployments above 30 handsets, the W90P is required. Below that, the W76P scales fine.
Configuration note: multi-cell roaming requires more careful site planning than single-cell. You will want to walk the site with a DECT signal meter (Yealink sells one, or any compatible tool works) to identify dead spots before placing bases. Budget the extra deployment time — multi-cell DECT done right takes a day for a 30-handset warehouse; done wrong it takes weeks of complaint-driven re-tuning.

Plug the W76P into PoE and ethernet. About a minute later it has registered to your extension. Same auto-provisioning flow as every other supported phone — no SIP credentials to type, no firmware to chase.
Boot, fetch config from our provisioning server, register, ready. About one minute on a normal connection.
Multi-line per phone. Each line key has a dual-color LED for status at a glance.
Programmable mapped from the voip.army portal — BLF, paging, parking, transfer destinations.
Bringing your own? Send us the MAC, factory-reset, plug in. No charge to add it to the fleet.
Standard PoE — any 802.3af-compliant switch from the last 15 years powers the phone without an adapter.
Tested against every Yealink firmware release for W76P. We catch regressions before they reach your fleet.
