Twelve SIP accounts, a 3.7-inch 360×160 color TFT screen, dual gigabit ethernet with PoE, dual USB ports, EHS support. The T43U is the color-screen version of the T42U — slightly smaller chassis than the T46U, slightly fewer SIP lines, $10 less.
The T43U fills a specific gap in the T4U lineup: between the T42U (mono, 12 lines, $179) and the T46U (color 4.3-inch, 16 lines, $229). It gives you the color screen of the T46U but in a slightly smaller form factor with the 12-line cap of the T42 series. For desks where the 4.3-inch screen would feel oversized, the 3.7-inch color panel here strikes a better balance.
Where it matters: tight desk space, particularly in cubicle environments where every square inch counts, or for reception counters where the phone shares the counter with a monitor and keyboard. The smaller footprint feels less imposing. The 360×160 color resolution is plenty for caller ID, full directory browsing, and a multi-page BLF view.
Where to upgrade: if you want the bigger 4.3-inch screen and 16 SIP lines, jump to the T46U for $30 more — that is the chassis we sell most often. If you want built-in Wi-Fi instead of having to add a WF40 dongle, the T44W is the next step up at $30 more. The T43U is the right pick when you specifically want color but in a smaller body.
