Two SIP accounts, a 132×64 backlit screen, dual 10/100 ethernet with PoE, RJ9 headset port. The T20P is the original entry-tier T2 chassis from 2010 — discontinued, sold by us only as refurbished stock for customers maintaining legacy deployments.
The T20P is genuinely old — Yealink's original two-line T2 chassis from circa 2010, before the E2 generation refresh. We stock it only as refurbished units, and only because a handful of customers have 50+ T20Ps in production and need to keep the fleet uniform when a unit fails. Buying new from voip.army, you would get the T21P E2 instead.
What it actually is: two SIP accounts, a small monochrome screen, the classic ribbed-keypad T2 feel, no support for modern codecs like Opus, no support for current Yealink RPS provisioning enhancements. It still provisions on voip.army — we have an old-revision template that targets pre-E2 firmware — but the feature parity stops there.
Where to buy: literally only fleet-matching. If you walked in cold today and asked for an entry-tier Yealink, we would put a T31P or T21P E2 on your desk and never mention this unit. Listed here because some customers specifically search for it and we would rather sell them a known-good refurb than have them buy unknown-quality stock elsewhere.
