Currently US and Canada only. We're focused on doing one region exceptionally well rather than spreading thin. If you have US/CA customers but operate from abroad, that works fine — many of our customers do.
Most modern SIP-capable phones work — including Polycom, Yealink, Grandstream, Cisco, and others. Send us your model numbers and we'll confirm. If they're truly ancient (POTS-only), we'll suggest a free or low-cost replacement path.
